National Industrial and Information Technology Work Conference
Held in Beijing in 2023, we must grasp it well
Thirteen key tasks
On January 1, the National Industrial and Information Work Conference was held in Beijing. The meeting emphasized that in 11, we must grasp the key tasks in 2023 aspects. This includes improving the independent and controllable capabilities of key industrial chains. Focusing on the key industrial chain of the manufacturing industry, identify the weak links of the “stuck neck” of key core technologies and components, promote the strong chain to supplement the chain and stabilize the chain with “one chain and one policy”, strengthen the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, large and small enterprises to coordinate research, and promote the development of the entire industrial chain. Promote key core technology research projects, improve the long-term mechanism of “unveiling the leaderboard”, and continuously enrich the industrial ecology. Speed up the research of major technical equipment. Accelerate the industrialization of large aircraft and promote the high-quality development of industrial mother aircraft. Adhere to the research and development, manufacturing, promotion and application of both ends of the force, accelerate the development of high-end special equipment such as high-end medical equipment, agricultural machinery equipment, deep sea equipment, natural disaster prevention and control technology and equipment. Cultivate and expand emerging industries. Use market-oriented methods to promote the strengthening and expansion of advantageous new energy vehicle enterprises and the development of supporting industries. Improve the global competitiveness of the photovoltaic industry, and accelerate the innovation and development of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicles, green and low-carbon industries. Formulate an action plan for future industrial development, implement the “robot +” application action, and encourage and support places with conditions to take the lead and try first. Accelerate the development of the information and communication industry. Introduce policies and measures to promote the coordinated development of new information infrastructure construction, accelerate the construction of 5G and gigabit optical networks, start the construction of “broadband frontiers”, and comprehensively promote the research and development of 6G technology. Improve the industrial Internet technology system, standard system, and application system, and promote the construction of virtual private networks in the 5G industry. Improve telecommunications business market development policies, strengthen the governance of the whole process and chain of APP, and strengthen the protection of personal information and user rights and interests. Enhance network and data security assurance capabilities and accelerate the innovation and development of the security industry.
